Expanding the area improving comfort and functionality
HCC needed a larger area to keep up with its growth. They contacted us to condition the new space and renovate the existing floor.
The solution consisted of reducing the area of individual cabinets and workstations, by replacing the bulky furniture with height-adjustable tables. We used those metres to spread collaborative work areas across the two floors.
We maximised visual comfort, air quality and ergonomics by selecting innovative materials and products.
One of the most valued rooms is the large meeting room. The furniture on wheels, the plug&play audiovisual technology and the high electrification level allow people to change the configuration of the room to their liking.
The light colours and transparent partition walls do not outshine the sea. The amazing views are still the best decoration.
