Logista is a leading company in the distribution sector. It is in charge of distributing products in around 300,000 points of sale in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal.
The company contacted CM Ibérica with the aim of optimising its facilities in three industrial units. One located in Spain and two located in France, near Paris.
Our most important challenge was to carry out works in fully operational facilities, without interfering in the activity of the client.
We also took care of the optimisation of the space, the installation of signage and the update of the office installations.
