The challenge of a large multisport space
Le Five is a French franchise that offers indoor football pitches.
We transformed a 5,000 m2 industrial unit, originally built to park construction machines and cranes, into an attractive space with 3 football pitches, 8 paddle tennis courts and a sports bar-restaurant.
The project entailed changing the use of the space: from industry to a leisure establishment open to the public. The work to adapt to the regulations was essential, especially regarding fire protection.
The pavements were totally renovated with resins for a perfect planimetry and easy maintenance.
